Chili's has no secret menu. Items you see called "secret" online are usually a regular dish with an add-on. What Chili's really offers is a list of paid extras on its order pages, and they are below with their prices, so you can build your own version without guessing.

The "Secret" Orders People Search For
- Nashville Hot Mozz: it began as an off-menu item that a Chili's representative told Nexstar you had to ask for by name. Today it is on the regular menu as Nashville Hot Mozzarella, $15.59–$17.49, next to the Honey-Chipotle Mozzarella at $15.59–$17.49.
- Salsa mixed with ranch: Chili's own director of culinary, Brian Paquette, called salsa and ranch mixed together "next level" (Chowhound). Ranch costs $2.00 as an extra at the Allen, Texas Chili's, and rewards members get the chips and salsa free.
- Anything else called "secret" is a regular dish with one of the extras above, so the table is what it really costs.
The Double Burger Trick
Want two patties? Order the Double instead of adding a patty. At the Allen, Texas Chili's, the Double Big Smasher Burger costs $18.49 compared with $19.69 for the Big Smasher Burger plus a patty.
Changes That Usually Cost Nothing
- Swap the side: most sides are included, and a few upgrades cost a little more (Chili's sides and sauces).
- Dressing on the side for any salad.
- Leave something off, like onions or cheese, when you build the order in the app.
